Onur Air selects Hamilton Sundstrand as the maintenance provider for the APS3200 Auxiliary Power Unit

Onur Air has selected Hamilton Sundstrand Corporation for a long-term agreement to be the maintenance provider for the APS3200 Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) for its fleet of nine Airbus A320 family aircraft, equipped with the APS3200. The APS3200 APU is currently on board more than 1,700 Airbus A320 aircraft around the world and has accumulated more than 31 million hours since entering service on the Airbus A320 family of aircraft.

Oman Air selects Hamilton Sundstrand as the maintenance provider for the APS2300 Auxiliary Power Unit

Oman Air has selected Hamilton Sundstrand Corporation for a long-term agreement to be the maintenance provider for the APS2300 Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) on its existing fleet of five Embraer 175 series aircraft. The APS2300 APU is currently on board more than 800 Embraer 170/190 aircraft around the world and is operated by more than 70 customers since its introduction into service in 2004.

Turkish Technic Awards Hamilton Sundstrand Auxiliary Power Systems Golden Supplier of the Year

Turkish Technic has selected Hamilton Sundstrand Corporation’s Auxiliary Power Systems business as Golden Supplier of the Year for 2011. The APS3200 auxiliary power unit (APU) is currently on board more than 1,700 Airbus A320 aircraft around the world and has accumulated more than 31 million hours since entering service on the Airbus A320 family of aircraft. The APS3200 has been a popular choice with airlines since its introduction into service in 1994.

Pratt & Whitney to Provide PurePower® PW1200G Engines on SkyWest, Inc. Order for 100 Mitsubishi Regional Jets

Pratt & Whitney will provide exclusive power for 100 Mitsubishi Regional Jet (MRJ) aircraft for an order announced today by Mitsubishi Aircraft Corporation and SkyWest, Inc. The agreement represents 200 PurePower PW1200G engines with deliveries scheduled to begin in 2017. Pratt & Whitney is a division of United Technologies Corp. (NYSE:UTX).

Air Astana Selects Pratt & Whitney PW4000-94” Engines in Deal Valued at $90 Million

Air Astana has selected Pratt & Whitney’s PW4000-94” engine for its order of three firm and one option Boeing 767-300 ER aircraft. The contract is valued at approximately $90 million. Delivery of the engines will start in 2013. Pratt & Whitney is a United Technologies Corp. (NYSE:UTX) company.
